In this day and age we are bombarded with so much information about food it can be hard to figure out which foods or diets are best for us.  One thing is for sure, whichever style of eating you identify with, the food should be real.

It is no secret that since the industrialization of food we have become more sicker than ever. Our children are now faced with a multitude of diseases

Eating real food doesn’t have to be complicated.  It simply means eating unprocessed, whole nutrient dense foods.  These foods are not usually found in a bag or a box and don’t have ingredients you cannot pronounce.
